DESCRIPTION:A Circle of Ten\, Inc.-Network for Collaboration (C10) \, a nonprofit agency\, has served as a catalyst\, training and supporting leaders to multiply Initiative partnerships\, resulting in economic development and improved quality of life in rural Texas\, since 1996. Mission: " To empower leaders and foster healthy collaborations to improve quality of life". C10 professionals have over 60 years combined experience in the nonprofit arena\, from direct service delivery to management to grant writing. They are BoardSource Certified &/or hold Nonprofit Management Certification and provide services based on personal real-world experiences.\n\n\n\n  C10's "Network for Collaboration" consists of 1\,000+ staff and volunteers from non-profit agencies\, churches\, schools\, hospitals\, colleges and towns who have received our 3-day Process of Collaboration Seminar and support services to realize their dreams. The Seminars are offered monthly\, in small classes of 10-20 Leaders.\n\n\n\nDetails of C10's Award Winning Three-Day Seminars\n\nPart I - The Process of Collaboration  : 2013 Dates   Jan 29\,30\,31 (Edom)\; Feb 19\,20\,21 (Gulf Coast)\; March 19\,20\,21 (Edom)\; Apr 30-May 2 (Austin)\n\nEach class is kept to 10-20 Leaders to narrow the scope of training for greater effectiveness. You work on a Grant Team to multiply the success of each agency. Services are offered in a Three Step Process  to allow C10 staff and volunteers to meet Your individual and YOUR agency needs.\n\nStep 1. Pre-Seminar Interviews and Research to assess your needs and find funding.\n\nStep 2. Three-Day Seminar to teach the process of community\, program and grant development.\n\nStep 3. Post Seminar Consultation to give a real boost in confidence to new grant writers as we walk them through the first grant. Participants receive two full hours of free individual feedback to use after the Seminar.
