DESCRIPTION:Convergys will be holding a Job Fair on Thursday March 4th  from 10:00am-6:00pm!\nHiring-\n\nCustomer Support Professionals \n\n\n\nJob Description-\n\nAgents will assist in helping and educating health insurance exchange members who make inbound calls around insurance benefits\, eligibility\, claims inquiries\, provider look-ups\, status checks\, and application status.  Members are from Healthcare Insurance Exchange plans.  Agents will be responsible to provide first call resolution with accurate\, courteous\, and informative responses to the members.  In some cases\, calls will involve problem-solving skills to resolve the member's inquiries.   \n\n \n\nAgents are expected\, but  are not limited to\, comply with government requirements for healthcare (ex. HIPAA verification)\, probing  questions to define customer needs/concerns\, providing accurate and complete responses to members in a easily understood language\,  educating members on benefits of their plan and self-service options for 24/7 support\n\n \n\nRequirement-\n\n\n	High school diploma or equivalent experience.\n	Minimum of 6 months of customer service related experience\n\n\n\n	Computer skills\, including experience operating within a Windows environment and proficient internet navigation skills\n	Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment.           \n	Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner\, both verbally and in writing\n	Basic skills which include (but not limited to) active listening\, rapport building\, conversational probing for needs\, recommending/presenting\, closing\, and overcoming objections\n	Skills and abilities to adapt to customer situations which include (but not limited to) use of soft skills\, express empathy\, express willingness to help and take ownership\, and first-call resolution\n	Ability to work varying work schedules and/or overtime as required\n	Must past background and drug testing\n	\n		5 panel drug test to include Methamphetamine and Tetrahydrocannabinol (Marijuana)\n		Verification of work and education history\n		Lifetime Criminal Check\n	\n	\n	Resident of the United States and authorized to work in the United States
