As the Cherokee Civic Theatre begins its 53rd season\, we invite you to attend our first ever Brunch Sip &\; See\, "\;A Whole Latte Love"\; on Saturday\, August 23rd! Our Sip &\; See'\;s allow attendees to enjoy nibbles &\; a selection of beverages prior to the show and this is our first ever "\;Brunch Sip&\;See"\; The Sip will start at 12 Noon\, and the See at 12:45pm!
\n \; \; \;Our See is a frothy\, fast-paced comedy set at "\;Whole Latte Love"\; - a coffee shop "\;Where There'\;s Magic in Every Cup."\; Only it'\;s more than just a slogan. Each one of owner Isla'\;s six special blends really has a magical power - if only for the duration of the cup. \; Isla hires "\;perk"\;-y Shelly to fill in while she ducks out to meet with loan officers about the back rent owed to the obnoxious landlord. But an overzealous health inspector flusters Shelly\, causing a mix-up of the coffees and leading to a hilarious "\;brew"\;-haha as customers are served the wrong blends. Will Shelly spill the beans about the magic coffee? Will Isla save her shop? And why is the landlord suddenly acting like a five-year-old?
