About Pam Anderson

Having spent over 25 years in the nonprofit arena, working through the ranks from volunteer to program staff to executive administration, Pam has seen the struggles of nonprofit staff, board and volunteers striving to work as a team to fulfill a mission. Utilizing her background in Christian faith, psychology, social services, nonprofit management, mentoring and leadership trainings, she can guide through issues unique to faith-based and community nonprofits. The process starts with compassionate active listening and affirmation of concerns. Then drawing from experience along with research, provide individual mentoring and small group coaching towards communications clarity, resilient cooperative teamwork and enhanced self-care.
