ALZHEIMER'S SUPPORT GROUP MEETING

Join us as we kick off our monthly support group meetings for the caregivers & family members of those suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia. Our facilitator, Sonya Baker is a Certified Dementia Practitioner who has extensive training in how to cope with the progression of Alzheimer's and dementia.
