Las Vegas Casino Night Fundraiser

The Fred Douglass Community Development Corporation (FDCDC) is a non-profit organization working closely with the Jacksonville City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Corporation, and other community leaders, on a multi-phase revitalization of its District 1. Phase 1 of this project involves major renovations to Lincoln Park, located in District 1. Once completed, Jacksonville will have a park that is ADA compatible, with a senior fitness area and educational facts, attributes not offered by other local parks.
The estimated cost for the Lincoln Park renovation is $500,000, with a projected completion date of December 2025. Thus far, $32,000 has been raised for the project. FDCDC and the City of Jacksonville are continuing collaborative efforts to raise funds for the Lincoln Park renovations. On March 4, 2023, FDCDC is sponsoring a “Las Vegas Casino Night” fundraiser to support the project. Tickets are available for the Las Vegas Casino Night Fundraiser.
